Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It was supposed to rain today, but the weather held up. Turned out to be a nice cool, partly cloudy day. I threw on some arm warmers and that was enough. My legs felt better today. They felt lively. It didn't take much time to get warmed up. I climbed the Banducci wall a bit conservative. Putting my matches on the last 200 yards or so. The remainder of the climb was slightly higher tempo. I took a moments rest at the summit and then headed down. I was able to practice my tuck, twice. The wind was going South West, so I had a headwind on the way to SS. It wasn't as bad as I anticipated. I was able to make it to the rear entrance without redlining it too much. The descant was a treat. Reaching nearly 40 MPH. I stormed through SS as usual. The return trip was pleasant, given the generous tailwind. I was keeping track of time, but not so serious, as I left from the local park and not the doorstep. IE, not apples to apples comparison from my normal rides. The last climb felt good. My legs remained lively and I was able to hold a good tempo over the summit. From there it was fun and games. My concentration was good. I wasn't having to coach myself much, to stay in the safe zone. It felt more natural. Ailments were next to none. Stretching here and there must have staved them off. Balance and form felt good. Gear is working well, although the Gopro stopped recording sometime in the last 15 to 20 minutes of the ride. Other notes, I saw 3 cyclists today.
