This, the 6th day in a row of riding through the Valleys and low mountains of Somerset and Morris Counties. Blue skies and bright sunshine were the theme for the last week. Struggling up and over the medium and bigger climbs, with the reward of vistas for as far as the eye can see...Vive le Summer! Vive le Tour!

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Nice ride in the heat of the day and a lot of climbing.
Thanks James- Yea, definitely was feeling the heat after the climbs! I have been putting a lot of ascending these past 2 weeks, (the Tour has me motivated! And I entered in the BikeRadar KOM challenge)
If I wasn't so damn slow...I would tag along on one of your rides!

I'm always looking for new climbs too. I was thinking of venturing out to Flanders maybe. Or up to Sparta? What do you think is a good area for more climbs.

Try this route, or if you are going to travel for a day head on out to Jim Thorp Pa. Its a beautiful area. I went out there a couple years ago with my brother on mountain bikes. It looks like a great place for the road bike too.
Yea, that looks like a good one. Okay, I'll keep it in mind, thanks James!
