Stopped in the grocery and asked for place to put up tent. The suggested the town park. I mistook the rec field for the town park and put my tent next to the little league baseball outfield. Then the cars started coming and all the people in town - it seemed - came to the games. 4 little league games with the next town. Peewee, Minor league, Major league and Pony league. I put on my green down jacked and put my tights under my hiking pants and went in the stands and watched the first three games. Had dinner in the concession stand. When the 4th game started I gave up and got in my tent and went to sleep. I was tired and cold. The following morning had breakfast in the grocery store/ cafe. Later W-E riders Denise and Jim emailed me and said the people there told them about an earlier rider who camped and watched the ball games.
