Lancaster, KS (Atchison forgot to turn on GPS) to Platte City, MO 35.6 miles

Stopped in Atchison and called the baptist church in Platte City and made arrangments to leave bike. They said there wasn't a good place but I could leave it locked on their back patio.
Arriving in Missouri the hills started. Up and down and steep compared to Co, Ne and Ks.
When I got there the Pastor found me a place in the basement to leave the bike. He did his DMin at GGBTS so we visited for awhile and he took me to the airport motel. The evening I took the shuttle to the Walmart center and got a haircut and dinner. The next morning I called an Uber driver and went into Kansas City to the train station to catch the train to St Louis. (5 days off bike)
