Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Excellent weather continues. In the low 70's. I got my new base layer from Performance. It's very light, elastic and has breathable pores. First impression, I could hardly tell I was wearing it. That must be a good sign. Today's ride went well. I'd say I had slightly better than average legs. They weren't exactly lively, nor sluggish. I felt pretty good climbing Banducci. In and out of the saddle was need be. I replaced the rear brake cable/housing. I can tell that it brakes more responsive. As I was descending Banducci, I was in my tuck. At one point, I tried to shift gears and it felt like my chain got jammed in the cogs. Not sure what it was about. A quick downshift fixed the problem and never came back. I did good time to SS. Reaching the tunnel in just over 1 hour. I punched it through SS and out the front entrance. From there, I was trying to keep my tempo steady. Negotiating traffic. The last climb went quick. I was doing good tempo most of the time. With a push over the top. From there it was Route 202, to OTR and up Mariposa. Mostly fun and games. Concentration was good, hints of gremlins, but mostly benign. Ailments were next to none. Some soreness in the lower back. I was stretching often. Balance felt better today. Gear is working well, including the new brake cable/housing replacement.
Other notes, no other cyclists today :(
