Villanueva-ElCerrito

Parked at Villanueva Post Office, ate lunch a couple miles south of Bernal, fixed a flat west of El Cerrito. Hard, well graded dirt road from Bernal almost to Villanueva. No soft sand, almost no washboarding, some rocky portions. The county had recently graded blue gravel in a few places, maybe they were muddy and soft previously? Not much of a shoulder on the paved portion, but not enough automobile traffic to matter. No inclines steep enough to walk. Friendly waves from everyone I saw, no unfriendly dogs giving chase. Beware of dogs on the 2 mile spur from the village of Villanueva to the State Park. The whole Pecos valley is picture postcard beautiful.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail).
