Canterbury Road Cycling

Pilgrims Hospice sportive, tough long day! Wet roads to start, so got wet, then dry till after 87 miles then it pissed down. Double puncture about 12 miles from the end, that took about 40 mins to sort, that'll teach me to say good things about my bloody tyres!! Total of 5 food stops, I skipped first and third. Total stop time of 1 hour 28 mins, so about 48 mins total for the 3 food stops. Rain has buggered Garmin elevation again, so cannot trust this figure (published elevation was 4,862 feet, which seems light TBH). Average speed up to 16.8mph towards end of the flat Romney section, then it all slowed up after that. I've not even mentioned the off road last 3 miles or so!!
