I had origionally half arranged to go to Jess's house and ride from there to 12th Lock , then to Lucan and then home by the Strawberry Beds . But I had to cancel it as I just did not feel like it . I just felt crap as Jennifer and I feel all week , even from break in Tullamore. At this stage the house is being decorated and the whole place is in a mess and it is very noisy when the painter is sanding down . I had wanted to go for a snooze but could not because of noise . I nor jennifer are not particularly hungrey , but I am not as bad as Jennifer . To come back to cycle , it was cold enough but I think I had done enough and i do think that we are both on the road to recovery at long last.

    Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices

  • TCX Course

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
