The first part up to the summit was nice, but nothing to drive out of your way for, the view at the summit was really nice and if I had turned around to ride back down this would have just been a good climb, pleasant neighborhood ride. After the summit, the trail was too rocky, and washed out just enough for me to not be able to enjoy my descent, the climbs were too steep and technical for me, so had to hike the bike. Forest service/bpa road was actually the WORST part of this ride, extremely steep, rocky and washed out, had to hike over and over and over and over-- enough to make me feel angry--one part was too steep to push the bike so had to carry it. Good for Atv's, masochists, or anyone who just can't get enough hike-a-bike. Glad that I have had lots of great mtb experiences to know that it doesn't have to be like this. Except for the Game Creek section, I won't be riding this again.
