Could not get HR above 110-115 - had Dunkin ham/egg/cheese sandwich and coke after lap 1. HR still limited.
Lap 3 about 1.8 miles out, someone started to come up. I accelerated a bit and HR went up - then more of the same. We started to chat on new Carlisle pavement.
Turns out she's a triathlete newly in New England and really pushed my HR by 20-25. I let her go on front after Concord River and could not hold her wheel. She waited just after Bedford Farms and we chatted some more. Pam is doing NYC triathlon soon.
Blazingly quick - my fastest lap in months and less than 1/2 mile of me drafting - mostly her pushing for half a lap then she headed East on 62 when I returned to Concord.
The lap TIME was 1:09:53 because of our talking at Rt 62. The SPEED was 17.0/17.1 mph

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.
