Saturday diner breakfast

Feels-like temps 32-40F, and W winds 8-11mph with gusts up to 22. The wind speeds are supposed to increase as the day goes on, and I can't help thinking about the NJ Randonneurs doing their 200k brevet ride out of East Windsor today, with the last few hours on the return right into a 14mph headwind. Yow.

On my return along Old Egg Harbor Road, I saw a young woman walking her mixte bike coming the other way near United States Ave. It wasn't hilly there, so I yelled, "Y'OK?" She gave a big toothy smile and yelled back, "Yeah."

On the Raleigh Super Course, which turns 50 this year.
