ETA bike ride to Carp

Second ETA ride of the season with 25 riders, some doing 62km, others 76km. Alice's is closed on Tuesdays and is currently out of favour since they don't want cyclists walking with cleats on their new floor, so we stopped at Eldon's Pantry. I have a decaf lungo and a slab of fried bread pudding with syrup!
Not too tough a ride for me, even after climbing on Sunday, but pace was easy to start with and managed to keep up with a group of 4 others. Cool but not cold enough for tights, so wore shorts and was a bit chilly to start with. Wore gloves and wind jacket all the way there and half way back.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
