Windsor Variation Twelve

Today's rain kept the numbers low, only Ray, Roy, Robert and Jim for my short ride to Windsor. We decided to dodge any off road to keep the bikes reasonably clean so it was tarmac all day long. First stop was Iver Golf club where we swerved the worst of the rain then onto the King and Castle at Windsor where we met Super Gran who had been moving furniture around single handed for her lunch party for her daughters and grandchildren. Roy tried his hand at giving a nobby lecture about chimneys of all things but was howled down by Jim (good work Jim) Post lunch there was very little rain but got quite humid as we headed to the Black Horse at Iver for the afternoon stop and dispersal.

  • TCX Course

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
