At long last O got as far as Longford , which was nearly 2 Hrs back on the train . That meant that I was not home till nearly 9 PM. So I got up at 7.50AM , so quite a long tiring day . The weather was OK and it rained twice but I put the lighter plastic raingear on , cos at this stage it is really too warm for the heavy stuff. Anyway a great ride where I hardly saw a car as I took the side roads which at times were not up to Reg standards with grass growig in the middle. I ran out of water and this kind lady filled me up and then told me there was a cafe just a few hundred yards up , so at that stage i was starving and really wanted something to eat . But that was one of the best cycles i ever did . It was quite a windy dat but the wind was most of the time coming to my edge but it was quite uncomfortable
