3,782 mi on SLR (as read from Garmin site) and now just 87.5 miles on new rear 28mm 4000s tire and tube.
-Rode with Bill Craven and his friend, Paul who is a really nice guy.
-The first 65-70 miles were fine but I started to get tired as we rode up Chukanut Drive. Not a big problem, but I was more than ready to stop at Boundry Bay Brewery.
-The route differed some from the RED BELL CENTURY but did cover much of the same ground. This time we stayed on the Centennial Trail longer. The trail ended just south of Lake Murray. The ride from the lake to Conway at I-5, where we had lunch, was a delightful ride on a country road.
-The part I didn't like and that was different from the Red Bell was between Conway and Sedro Wolley. Bill stayed near to I-5 and so we were in heavy traffic from many mile going right through Mt. Vernon. Next time we should continue west from Conway, get into the farm country, then go north over Hwy 20 and pick up the diagonal road to Chuckanut drive.
-Sharon drove up to Bellingham for dinner with us and then she and I drove home to Bothell while Bill and Paul spent the night in B-ham and rode another 65 miles to Vancouver on Saturday.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
