Berkley Road Cycling

Felt really good out there and between my mile swim this morning and this ride, I should be fine with the Olympic aqua bike category Sunday.

Changed things up a bit on the way back- with no traffic I turned left from County headed home onto Freetown Street. Haven’t biked it in years! It gave me a few extra miles and allowed me to avoid the County hill. I’m sure I would have been fine climbing it but no sense adding stress to my hip.

The first time I got up out of the saddle to climb I felt some pain but after that I was comfortable climbing any hills.

Used the Camelback and it works fine. Will use Sunday as well.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
