Awesome workout that incorporated mile intervals with hill repeats! It probably looks more complicated in Garmin but after a 12 minute warm up, did 4 x 1 mile repeats with about 4 minutes recovery. There are more splits showing because once Garmin told me I ran a mile, there was a second or two lag in hitting “lap”. I started each interval 11:30 after the start of the previous mile, so a 4 minute rest after a roughly 7:30 mile.
Each mile included Heritage/Hill Streets so there was a hard hill in each. The odd numbered ones went clockwise and finished up on Plain Street. The even numbered ones started on plain Street and finished heading toward the house on Padelford.
Great for leg strength and VO2, not to mention mental strength, heading uphill during a mile interval. Also great for practicing running hard downhill.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
