Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I targeted a ride of about an hour and a half this morning. I was going to work to keep a high cadence combined with good power on all the climbs, instead of just focusing on cadence. I felt good about how much power I kept to the wheels while maintaining a good cadence.
I was a little annoyed as I was heading east on Kenyon at Pantano Rd. As I came to the stop light I was thinking I would have to go over and press the crosswalk button for the light to change, but I didn't! Just after I got to the intersection the crosswalk light started counting down. When it got to zero and the light should have changed, it went back to a green light to walk across the intersection perpendicular to me. It had skipped my cycle! I had to ride over to the sidewalk and press the pedestrian button. It wasn't too bad, but it caused me to go out of my way and take an extra two minutes or so. Oh, in case you don't look at the metrics, I burned 1131 calories.
