今天的行程是曾經預想過,但是沒有確切的計劃是什麼日期踩的。
今天踩這路線,純粹因為上個星期踩車時摔倒,引至背痛,痛至難以入眠。直到星期六才能約到物理治療,舒緩了痛楚,晚上仍然有小痛,所以沒有想到要出行的;但是計劃過,如果起床時背部沒有麼大問題,會去踩大嶼山,去與周老闆的抬山團偶遇。
起床後,感覺良好,早餐後收拾行裝出發。要跟老闆的抬山團偶遇,我也要預計他們下山的時間,故此我決定是順時鐘方向環大嶼山,但是不會如年初的路線一樣,這次跳過芝麻灣越野單車徑,但係加入未踩過的路線:從水口進入籮箕灣去石壁。這路線曾在不知年前徒步行過一次,路況如何,現在印象全無。
東涌站起步前,與幾位抬山車友偶遇,說聲早晨後各自起步。行程順利,在澳運徑騎上斜的途中,遇到一位無力踩上又無力移動的騎士,幸好免強夠位讓我通過,讓我完成一腳到樓梯位,及後又遇到幾位認識的東涌車友,他們的路線是踩到梅窩後再去拾塱,之後全程車路到大澳。
之前多天的大雨,銀礦洞瀑布好壯觀,吸引了幾位用大底菲林機的攝友來拍照。
在梅窩補給後,繼續行程,沿嶼南路騎到水口,拍照後起步。進入往籮箕灣的山徑,初時是天然大石築砌,古道形式的路徑,後來是不太規則的大落級。到籮箕灣營地後,則是天然上大石級的路,而這路線相信行經的人較少,又在林中,大石比較跣,樹比較密,扛車不容易;其實我原本是不想扛的,怕再觸動背部傷患,奈何如果不扛車,我矮小的身形是更難帶著單車上去。之後好長時間的林間上級路段,稍平的一段又是犬牙交錯的大小石頭,整段路到紅十字會營地止,能騎的部份大概不足一公里。
在石壁監獄職員飯堂午飯補給後,繼續騎向狗嶺涌方向,途中曾向行山人士打聽,沒有見到一大伙騎山地車的人,相信老闆等還未落山。我在騎到直接往分流或分流古堡的分叉路口時,想先踩去分流古堡。在預備起步時,回望山徑,赫然見到老闆等車友正從遠處過來,既然老闆到了,去探分流古堡就留待下次。
到分流大休,待眾人補給過後,請得 Rocky 幫忙查看單車波腳的轆仔,Rocky 好快就找到原因,並向士多主人借得 WD40,又可以暢順騎行了,Rocky 並幫忙調整,解決跳波問題,感激。
話休煩絮,時間不早,周老闆催促大家起行。就在剛離開分流村的位置,見車友 Ricky 抽筋,我停下幫忙按摩,協助舒緩硬如石頭的肌肉,Ricky 好快又能繼續騎行,但是沒幾步又抽過,後來 Rocky 也停下幫忙,如是者也不知經歷了幾多次。Ricky 的情況越來越差,一對腳,大、小腿都抽筋,我們也不懂處理。Rocky 拿出白花油,給他一雙腳擦油,按摩。就這樣走幾步,停一下,就這樣相信超過一個小時。
後來竟然有大飛揚一人追上來,他出發遲了,一人依老闆的路線騎過來的。後來眼見黃昏近晚,不能再停太久,由 Rocky 幫忙拿背囊並推車,Ricky 什麼也不拿,硬撐著步行。後來遇上一休班消防員和女友行山經過,幫忙推車,Ricky 又行順了,步行的速度也不慢。直到二澳村平順處,Ricky 重新上車,用最輕腳的波段騎行,順利騎到大澳,乘的士回東涌。
到大澳時,竟然見到 Many 與開哥,照理比我們早個多小時,怎麼會還在大澳?原來是開哥的單車斷尾擔,Many 在幫忙開哥,他們在大澳乘車離開。
我與 Rocky 繼續沿大澳岸邊小徑前往深屈,騎回東涌,20:08 到達地鐵站,東涌晚飯後返歸。

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
