This was a route i took the morning before Geology lab. I took a lot longer than i expected. I left at about 10:45 i believe and i just got back in time to leave home and get to geology class on time. I arrived home at 12:15 and have class at 1 at Palomar. Good ride. At first i was feeling a bit slow but once i got warmed up, it was all good. I made the crazy realization today. I am late to put this into the book, but yesterday, the 24 of February i hung out with mike and i realized that i am genetically made to workout, specifically cardio gets me kicking like nothing else. I enjoy the pain that goes into cycling. Also i realized.. shit running is wussy compared to cycling. It is super hard on the body, but thats it, cardio-wise cycling owns it. Me and Mike owned rancho Bernardo Mountain, we climbed all the way to the top going straight up sheer faces and psshh it was easy.... hahaha soo much fun, i could do it any day. However, my knee is a bit sore from the run, shit.. i need to get my body accustomed to this running. I run here and there, but i truly prefer cycling at this point in my life. So after this mountain climbing, I went on a about 5 mile run from our departure point for cycling, down under the freeway and across the bridge and past the baseball fields and back. Im really glad that im discovered this about myself.. Its time to kick some ass... no more fucking around.. I'm sick of not being motivated.. Its time for drastic changes in my lifestyle.
