Trek Fuel 9.8. Mostly cloudy, warm and humid, didn't notice the wind. I got up early and drove out to Atwood hoping to get 2-1/2 hours riding in, which shouldn't have been an issue based on the weather map and forecast. They can't even get the forecast right in a 4 hour window: The thunderstorm mass set for after Noon appeared around 10:30 am. Fortunately I was within a 1/2 mile of the trailhead when it started raining but I still got soaked getting back to the car. Lots of thunder and lightning and it was an absolute downpour for a while. I saw 2 deer and 3 other cyclists out riding. I was only able to get 12 miles in: 2 Founders laps, one way on the Marsh and Prairie trails, 2 - 1/2 times around Big Wheel and one complete loop of the North trails, both inner and outer. Six days in a row riding and 157 Miles. Rehydration at The Hairy Cow, home pretty early for a change as I got there at opening time.
