Just got back from reunion, so haven't ridden in a while. It will be getting hot this week so wanted to get in a ride today. I was tired from sampling badly for OARS this morning, so plotted this ride. Too many left hand turns but wanted to go to the south and try Sawyer Hill, which I haven't done in a while. The view at the top of Wachusett was great, although a little hazy. It wasn't too hot in the shade, but when exposed it was pretty hot. I forgot to bring my wallet, which was left in the car, and electrolytes in my water, but the orange really helped. Hammy and psoas hurt a little, and so did my butt, getting a little chafed near the end, but not too bad. Almost bonked at mile 30 but pulled through.
