Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

uggh. Another weird ride today. To start off the winds were rom the North. However, the temperature was perfect. I wore one base layer. The way out was great. I scorched the first 8 minutes of the ride. Making it to the top of the descent in under 8 minutes. I cruised the downhill and felt well concentrated in what I was doing. Towards the last mile or so, the wind reversed. So, I ended up having a headwind on the way out, for just a bit. The return trip was a mixed bag. The first mile was pleasant, as the wind was on my back. My concentration was normal at this point. Then, when the wind reversed and became a headwind, I had to change modes. From aggressive, to calculated. The problem was, my concentration was really unstable. My thoughts were bouncing around, just utter non-sense at times. None-the-less, I coached my way up the climb. I wanted to salvage as much as I could from the ride. If not mentally, at least physically. I gauged my effort fairly well, despite my lack of focus. Ailments... pretty much none except for concentration, which is not a legitimate ailment (unless I started to get a headache). The last mile, my right leg cramped for bit, but went away just as quick. Gear is working great. Although the creaking persisted. When I reached the summit, I reseated the rear wheel, and that seemed to lessen the noise. The skewer wasn't clamped down enough. I noticed that it was a little loose. Will have to keep an eye on that for the next ride. I upgraded the Di2 rear derailleur, it now multi shifts by holding the shift button down. It works great, and I like it much better than the double/single shift combination. Other notes, I'm skipping this year's Spooktacular ride, but plan on the double on Sunday.
