This morning was a little on the cool side which arm and leg warmers were needed as well as light weight full fingered gloves. There wasn't much wind to speak of making today's ride a pleasant one. I started out with the C group which was a very pleasant ride and took much more attention then I was ready for. The group was excellent and they all rode in sync. I was new to the group and kept running up on the wheel of the rider in front of me. At the rest stop I decided to change group so I did. I jump on Jorge's group which was perfect for me. It was supposed to be a C+ ride but it was more a B/B+ in which we were averaging well over 18.mph. Everyone in the group were strong, welcomed and enjoyed the pace. I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to handle the pace; much to my surprise I handled it well. In after thought it was probably my adrenaline and competitive side kicking in. It was very nice to be back out there with everyone and it was great to see all the smiling faces! I know I will pay for today's ride as my knees are already yelling. My back, collarbone area and elbows are being quiet for now... On to the next ride, Yippee!

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
