Just Wanted 2 Ride

So we get a little heat advisory today… in essence it is very hot! The heat index’is to be over the century mark. I have ridden in 107 degrees before in doing a ride in Pine Barrens in NJ and the Flight of the Dove in SC. All I cann say is that Hot is Hot i don’t care where it is!! I just at wanted to ride and acclimate my body to the hot weather. It’s a good challenge, However, hydration is absolutely essential in hot weather! Carry as much fluids as you can and drink as often as you need!!! Enjoy this heat wave!!!!
