約12K(7K/H)。好多年沒跑步,今天與 jijay 往公園路出發慢跑,跑步與騎單車差別真大,跑沒多遠,手腳肌肉即有痛感,尤其腳底板開始酸,與單車運用到的核心肌肉群不同的關係嗎? 心率不算高,卻很喘,上自來水廠時,只好目送 jijay 先跑,我一下跑,一下大步前進,跑步又爬坡實在苦呀~ 下寶山師大校區的坡很斜,僅健走下坡,今天算是體會到跑步與騎車的不同了。騎車可以騎很遠才感覺有運動到,但跑步卻只要一小時就夠你累了~~這樣交叉練習,不知有何幫助呢?! 呵呵^^開始佩服有在慢跑的朋友們了~你們真行^

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.
