Frankfurt Oder - Kuzstrin Fort- Frankfurt Oder

with light gravel bike. Aprox 1650 active calories according to Garmin watch. The actual route is about 5 km less because there was an extra trip back to Poland to buy water. on the Polish side after about 2 km there was a period of about 18 km where there was a very smooth surface. No food on Kusztrin-Kiez (German side of Kusztrin) but supermarket and several gas stations and questionable restaurants on Polish side. very lovely town Lebus about 12 km before Frankfurt order on the way back with very good restaurant, coffee and dessert. about 5 km from Frankfurt. other very good 24-hour milk station where one can buy fresh milk from machine.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail).
