FCR : 41. 40 minutes d'endurance fondamentale (70% FCM - 117 bpm) puis 2 fois (15 minutes 80%-85% FCM - 134 -142 bpm + 5 minutes de récupération à 70% FCM). Enfin 40 minutes de récupération en endurance fondamentale. Comme je m'y attendais je devais très régulièrement surveiller mon cardio pour ne pas dépasser la fréquence recherchée :). Une "légère" impression d'être en retenue permanante :), mais rien de désagréable :). Les 2 fractions rapides sont libératoires et jouissives car mêmes si elles ne sont pas supers rapides, on a vraiment l'impression de lâcher les chevaux contenus jusque là :) !!
Enfin les 40 minutes de récupération sont une vraie petite gymnastique pour maintenir un cardio dans la bonne plage après la montée en puissance subie lors des fractions rapides :) !
Al fin, il me manquait 380 mètres (que j'ai fait en marchant) pour retourner à mon point de départ, c'est un bon test afin de savoir quelle a été le trajet le plus "rapide" :).

Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
