07/15/2024 Historical Philly 100 K permanent

Three state ride (DE, PA, NJ) on a hot day with Dan and Pam from Texas. It can be challenging circumnavigating the city, but we pulled it off. Heat index was over 105. The heat consumed me in the final 10-15 miles and recovery afterward was lengthy trying to get my core body temperature down. Enjoyed post-ride meal over in New Castle at Jessop's with Liz and local Rando Greg. A nice day with friends.

    Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices

  • TCX Course

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
