Training objective: 2 hours hard effort ride with the heart rate at 155 bpm and cadence between 70-80 rpm.
Pretty strong headwind and cross wind - was nearly blown into a ditch a couple of times when large trucks passed in the opposite direction. Fun stuff!
The wind speed was 24-38 km/hr according to the weather site but still got a KOM for the 60 km training circuit segment I created last week (so far I'm the only one on the leaderboard - ha! But it's good for tracking my progress if you look at the "Recent Efforts" graph). Used th lap/split function - so lap 1 was the first 60 minutes, lap 2 was the 2nd 60 minutes and lap 3 was the cool down back to the bike storage locker.

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
