Warm and steamy. Very high humidity today. Goal was to run 10, Jake had to run early so I couldn't run with him. I started early solo and it was very uncomfortable, my legs were very sore from Saturday. My stomach was upset and I had to poop before the group run. When run club started I ran with Hannah but she really pushed my pace and HR to 8:30pace and we'll into Z3. Had to stop at Valley Green to poop again, I used the ladies room bc the men's room was busy. Ran out another 1.5 miles then back to VG drank a bunch of water and continued on. Still brutally warm. I had to stop at the covered bridge for 5 mins, I was too warm and couldn't push through and Hannah wouldn't slow down. After that I was able to run the pace I wanted and finished out the 10 miles.
Super proud! That was a hard run on very tired legs.

Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
