Another nice ride with Sid, was a bit cold and the wind was a little less than yesterday. I wore a thick layer neoprene shorts over my bib tights and that may not have been a good idea. It made my hips and upper legs feel very and restrictive. I felt really flat today, I hope to do a nice indoor roller recovery ride later today maybe my legs will perk back up. I didn't drink that much today and that was a major NO-NO as I always sweat like I jumped in the shower with my clothes on. At the end of the ride out of the blue with no forewarning my left front upper thigh and hip cramped and locked up. I couldn't to pedal and had to stand with that leg stretched out it took a few minutes to recover. I had to bail on Sid with only 1.5 miles to go. After I took in some fluids the cramp started to go away. I was able to do the last two miles back home without re-cramping. Now home changed out of the wet clothes, finished my protein drink and relaxing my abs and back are cramping a little. But these cramps will go away in short time.

Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
