The high temperature for the day was in the mid-70s which was wonderfully cool. Yesterday we had a 90° day. And we even had a light drizzle in upper West Dry Creek. Perfect. Despite my best efforts to stay focused and ride consistently, I missed the programs that began at 1:30. I arrived around 2:30 in time for the musical entertainment which was a really excellent rap singer singing climate tunes. it was great to ride with and see some of my co-workers from 5 years ago when I worked at the Center For Climate Protection. All in all we had 11 members in our team and we raised $19,000 which was doubled by an anonymous donor. A wonderful day.
