Tried to meet the ride at the base of Pine Hill, but at 6 pm decided to head out by myself. Tried to go relatively fast by myself, getting heart rate up, but it was difficult. Did feel some slight pains in my chest when I really did, going up Stow Road. The group caught me on Taylor Road, and I followed two guys, Lou and Howie on his ebike for a while, they went down Adams off course, so I followed them, and then the big group rejoined on Finn Road. I road with two guys from the big group for a little bit on Stow Road, but could not keep up. I had adjusted my seat a little going forward, I think that helped, my back isn't feeling so stretched. And, my psoas and hamstring seemed better too. Finished in West Acton to get ice cream for the brotherhood meeting.
