Went out relatively early to try to get some more hills in, and use the new fleece bib tights. It as cold to start, but warmed up in about an hour, but the tights were still ok during the warmer part of the ride. I tried to ride at a consistent pace that is moderately challenging, but not too hard, like Jackson Browne's take it easy. I took one wrong turn ending back up on Route 111, but went down three different ways from Oak Hill in Littleton. At the end of the ride, I felt another pull in my left hamstring near my seat, so took it down a notch. Another small injury to keep up on. My back was pretty sore throughout, and I stopped a few times to stretch, which really helped. My psoas hurt going up hills too. Second time up Oak Hill was faster though.
