Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Awesome weather, today. I got up around 9am, ate breakfast and took the usual nap. When I got up from the nap, my stomach was aching. Enough to almost scratch the ride. I took some Pepto and it helped. So, I was delayed by about 1.5 hours. Hence the late departure time. Nevertheless, the ride went well. I felt average from the start, but quickly warmed up and felt good for the remainder. Due to the late departure, I was wondering if I'd have enough time to head out to SS. At the last moment, after getting out, I decided to due the planned route. The sections went quick. I only stopped once, at the summit of Banducci. The wind was from the North, so I was looking forward to the return. I did good time to the summit. I kept the tempo going all the way to SS. I didn't check the time, when I reached the bridge. Just as quickly, I made my way out of SS. It just so happened that there was a tractor driving in the same direction as me. I thought to myself, what the heck, lets just go for it. So, I put in a brief sprint, to catch up. I stayed in its draft for about 4 to 5 miles. Doing 24-25 MPH, on a stretch of road that I'd normally average about 18MPH. I let up about half a mile into Pelisser. From there, it was good tempo. I reached Boss Hogs under 1:19 Hrs. I was doing good time. I put in a good effort over CVR climb. I kept my momentum going through the remainder of the ride. Concentration was good. Balance and form felt good, not great. Ailments consisted of some modest right knee soreness on occasion. Gear is working well. Still haven't figured out how to get the Garmin Live Tracking app to work, since I reset my phone to factory settings. Other notes, one other cyclist today.
