Lime Kiln, McCourtney, Auburn Rd Loop

This is the third time I have done this ride. The first time was four years ago in the summer, I started in the morning but when I finished it was 104 at noon and I dehydrated myself. Since I was afraid of this ride I didn't ride it again until last year. I did it again and was fine, ride. Today it was a challenge again. Not the longest so far this year but definitely the hardest. My legs are spent completely. Since it is supposed to rain the next 4 days I was trying to do a workout for four days. Comment on the ride is McCourtney is pretty heavy with traffic but there is also a border to ride on for more than half of the ride.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
