Harvard General Store Fruitlands and Poor Farm Road loop

Afternoon ride in perfect weather for a fall ride. Taking a break from tracking Sarah and Scott as they evacuate from Black Mountain due to Hurricane Helene. Lowered my seat a little, it was too low, then I raised it on Taylor Road. Felt better, but after stopping at HGS, my lower back and tensor fasciatis started to act up. At the end of the ride, it was really sore. But, no problems with my left hamstring or psoas, and piriformis, but my right knee was a little sore. I think I tweaked my tensor fasciatis doing hip rotation exercises last night, so it is residual. Perhaps I really need to get a mri done to see what's going on.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
