2018 05 01 荃錦坳、石崗、港深邊境、粉嶺

與汕頭車友騎遊

汕頭車友到港騎遊的第三天，在約定的時間到達荃錦坳會合，但係他們在早一晚睡的比較遲，出發的時間因此順延。

因為已經是行程的第三天，各人體能消耗不少，也是最後一天，因此計劃了一條基本上是沒爬坡的路線，終點騎到鐵路沿線，方便乘車返歸。

今天整個行程最難，也最危險就是從荃錦坳開始，落到石崗的一段。難度就是因為大部份車友都是小摺，落長斜產生的熱力累積，容易熱爆呔；這方面，我們中間在合適位置多次停下，讓輪圈冷卻後再繼續。其次荃錦公路是彎多路陡，假期是比賽級摩托愛飛馳的路線，每個星期天都非常熱鬧，小摺與賽車同道，潛在危險不難想像。

我們開騎時間雖然遲了好多，但係路線是休閒級，中途停少兩個點，我講少兩句人文景觀，要追回時間不難，最後仍能在預算時間到達粉嶺站，行程結束，各自歸家。

路線：荃錦坳、荃錦公路、石崗、上村、村徑、南慶西路、石崗機場路、金水北路、錦田公路、青山公路、壆圍南路、錦壆路、真善路、牛潭尾軍營、石湖圍、新田村路、落馬洲路、落馬洲邊境地區、得月樓、梧桐河岸、覲龍圍、龍躍頭、沙頭角公路（單車徑）、新運路、粉嶺站

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
