Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It's going to get warmer, but today was great. Somewhat windy, in the low 70's. I felt pretty good going out the door. Didn't take much to get the legs warmed up. I made it to the summit of Banducci in better than average time. The wind had picked up and made for a slower last half of the ride. I felt good for most of the ride. I made it to the SS tunnel in about 1:02ish hrs. I was expecting the return to be faster than it was. The wind was never a perfect tailwind. Mostly cross-tail. I kept the pace steady, no less than moderate. The last climb felt good. No heroics. I recovered on the false flats. I had a light breakfast and was wondering where my appetite was going to be at this point. Turned out that I felt topped off. The remainder of the ride was traffic mitigation and fun and games going down OTR. Concentration was good. A hint of gremlins toward the end of the ride. Nothing too detracting. Balance and form felt good. Ailments consisted of minor knee soreness, none of which detracted from my tempo. Gear is working great. Other notes, no other cyclists. I checked my altimeter when I reached the summit of OTR. I climbed about 400 ft at that point.
