It is now 2nd of November , a few weeks before Christmas and it does not really feel like it . Maybe the people are using the bit of sense God gave them and waiting till December 12th. Anyhow apart from that this was a cycle I went on which I was not going o do , as I was very tired . At that stage I was partially re-filling the pond which I made over 20 years ago and at last filling it with 2 pre-made plastic ponds , and then connecting them together . So it is difficult to get the two of them at the right level as they are both not the same height . To come back to the cycle , it was a nice cycle but weather was not that nice , very misty , not raining but ... It did become dry but it wa still cloudy and not a chance of sun . The cold became bad at about 1PM but I was well clad . Jennifer made the Xmas cake and I cleaned the kitchen after . Anyway a really great cycle but very cold . I think the next time I will have a go at Glencree at least and then maybe Sally Gap but I think I am past Glandaloch .
