Glentress 7 (most of it, garmin ran out)

So, a Garmin Edge 25 lasts just over 6 hours. Now I know. I did one more lap, 8 in total, official time 06:45:58.
Apologies to everyone I held up on the technical decents. Too many parts were too tight to let people past without someone getting it wrong. Came of twice cos of this, and hit a tree another. Being passed on both sides down Tunnel of Love was rotten, the brakes on my racing bike are just not strong enough for a crap decender like me to carry any speed.
I did 8 laps. Offical timing says lap 3 took me 1:38. Garmin disagrees, and so do I! I could have sworn the timer reader went red.
Note for next time: don't treat it like a road race and pre-open your bars. Chocolate melts in a box in the sun. Now I've got me spares and spare kit to wash too 8-(

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

  • GPX Track (.gpx)

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
