Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

Today's weather was i the upper 70's, cool winds from the North West. The GPS gave out as I was descending Banducci. (After making this entry, I was able to locate the first fit file and merge it with the second). Thus, the truncated data. The legs felt a bit on the heavy side. My lower back has been sore for the past day. But, no pains while on the bike. It didn't take much to get into my rhythm. I didn't have much to think about, so I was sort of narrating to myself as I was passing the landmarks. I reached the summit of Banducci in a good average time. After a few moments, I headed downhill. Practicing my tuck. It was at the bottom of Banducci that the GPS turned off, unexpectedly. I turned it back on. Upon booting up, the GPS asked if I wanted to save the workout. I chose yes. But the data didn't show up when I connected it to my PC. I think I was on average time. I made my way out to SS. When I got there, I let my GPS re-acquire a signal, restarted the tracking app. From there it was fun and games on the downhill. I made my way through SS, then headed back. Doing about 18MPH avg to Pelisser. I kept the tempo moderate. Lifting the pace here and there. The last climb felt good. I was able to hold a good tempo to the summit. The false flat was recovery. The remainder was traffic mitigation to OTR, the push over Mariposa and then home. Concentration felt good, few lapses, no gremlins. Balance and form felt good. I adjusted the cleats, as the stance was a bit outwards. Ailments consisted of some mild right knee soreness. Nothing to detract from my efforts. Maybe some hand numbness. Gear is working well, but the GPS stopped and turned off for no reason. Other notes, no other cyclists today.
