I forgot how long I had been off the bike, I had to do so much prepping for the bike ride, it took me several hours... By the time I was finally ready the sun had been down a few hours and the temps was also way down! was like a newbie heading out way under dressed, I was just so happy to be out and didn't want to go back to add some layers and put the bar mitts on. I felt like I didn't know how to ride a bike, I was wondering all over the place when no cars were coming up on me. Wishful thinking that I would not be in any pain never happened. I really enjoyed the burn in the legs as I attempted to keep the pedals spinning, I didn't enjoy all the body aches from a broken down body but once the burn got to a certain point I didn't feel all the joint aches any longer, that was nice! Nice to finally be back on the saddle after a too long hiatus. Onward to the next adventure... Be safe and enjoy the ride!

Best format for turn-by-turn directions on modern Garmin Edge Devices
Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.
Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.
