Boulder Flats Mixed Surface Ride 12-27-24

Checkpoint. Mostly cloudy but some sun shining through, temps in the high 40's, didn't quite hit 50, fairly brisk SW winds shifting to South @ 10-12 mph, dying off towards the end of the ride. Rode with Ryan from the AirBnB in Longmont (he was on the Seven). We saw several other cyclists, mostly on the gravel sections.

We took neighborhood trails over to Lagerman Reservoir then did a mix of road and gravel East then North up near Hygiene. Good ride with a fair amount of climbing. Dressed perfectly, never got cold or too hot. First time riding in the area in about 2.5 years, great to be back.

    Best format for turn by turn directions on Edge 500, 510. Will provide true turn by turn navigation on Edge 800, 810, 1000, Touring including custom cue entries. Great for training when we release those features. Not currently optimal for Virtual Partner.

  • TCX History

    Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.

    Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail).
