Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

It's getting warmer. In the 80's. Winds, favorable. I wasn't sure what I was going to do after Keene. I was thinking of going up to the Alpine Forest, but decided against it. I still need to get acclimated . I road Keene as if it were the only leg of the ride. I was a bit lethargic to start. Made it to the summit of the descent in good average time, though. The HR wasn't showing up on the GPS. So, I stopped at the base to reset it. It worked from that point forward. The climb felt pretty good. I had a tailwind. It was hot, but within my limits. I wasn't sure how much provisions I was going to consume. I put in my mind, that when I reach the Loop Monument that I would just put it into moderate tempo for the remainder of the climb. I felt good most of the way up. I had a bit left when I reached the summit. I had to make a decision what to do next. I was almost sure I wanted to go back. But I looked at my provisions and realized I had some left. I ended up adding OTR. It was more difficult than I had anticipated. I think I burned more matches than I realized. That and the heat. From the summit of OTR, it was mostly fun and games. The legs were tired from that point on. Concentration felt good. Hints of gremlins here and there. Balance and form was one of the greater of things. Ailments, right hand numbness, some left hip soreness. Stretching helped the hip. Gear is working well. Other notes, 2 cyclists on their way down as I was ascending Keene.
