Useful for uploading your activity to another service, keeping records on your own computer etc.
Useful for any GPS unit. Contains no cuesheet entries, only track information (breadcrumb trail). Will provide turn by turn directions (true navigation) on the Edge 705/800/810/1000/Touring, but will not have any custom cues. Works great for Mio Cyclo. Find GPS specific help in our help system.

Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I'm continuing to get acclimated. It was around 85 degrees when I left. Although, the elapsed time doesn't reflect it, I felt better today, than the previous ride of the same route. I brought an extra bottle and ended up drinking some of it towards the last 15 to 20 minutes of the ride. The legs felt good from the start. I'm not sure what it was, but I felt stronger today. The wind was about average. I was good to go, by the time I reached the end of OTR. Banducci went quick. I was having to mitigate traffic, but that's no different. I took a few moments rest and headed downhill. Fun and games, practicing my tuck. The trek to SS went quick. I did more practicing with my tuck when I reached the backside of SS. I crossed the SS tunnel in under 1:01 Hrs. I thought I was going to put in good time (around 1:50ish). I made my way through SS and headed back. The flat-lands went quick. Especially on Pelliser. When I passed Boss Hogs, I noticed I was lagging in time, by about 2 minutes lost since the SS Tunnel. Somewhat surprised. I did moderate tempo on the last climb. No heroics, as I realized it wasn't going to be a good day for time. I put in my mind that I still required acclimating. Concentration was good. I tried not to let my mind wander too much. Balance and form felt good. Ailments. next to none. Maybe some mild left hip/quad soreness, nothing to detract from my tempo. Before the ride started, I bumped my knee on a chair. Fortunately, no damage, just a bruise. It started to feel mildly sore on the last half of the ride, but not detracting. I'm guessing 2 or 3 days to heal. Gear is working well. The tail light broke today, so I have to shop for another or get an RMA. Other notes, no other cyclists :(.
