Estimated Time shows a prediction of how long it would take you to ride a given route. This number is based on your recent riding history, and represents an estimate of moving time. Each time you upload a new ride, your Estimated Time profile will adjust to reflect your most recent riding. Only rides exceeding 10 miles (16 km) will affect these estimates.

I wasn't sure what the weather was going to be like. But, I was expecting it to be hot. Turns out that it was in the 80's, but with cool winds. I knew I wanted to go to WS, but not sure where to go from there. I ended up adding Banducci after I came back from WS. I felt pretty good from the start. The warmup phase was quick. I made it to the end of OTR in good time. The trek to WS was mostly moderate to good tempo. Practicing form and high cadence, at times. The return trip was what I anticipated. Into the wind and relatively slow. I put it into moderate tempo. Increasing here and there. When I made it over the last kicker, I took note of my provisions and what my legs felt like. I had enough provisions, and the legs had a few matches left in them. I decided to climb Banducci. It went better than I anticipated. The first few hundred yards up the wall was the worst. After making it the the false flat, I was able to settle into a descent tempo. I was mitigating traffic, so that detracted a bit from my concentration. Nevertheless, I felt good. I took a few moments to rest, at the summit. Then headed back down. Mostly fun and games from there on. Concentration was good. Minimal gremlins. I had a few things to think about. It helped fill in the blanks. Balance and form felt good. Ailments, left hip soreness. I was stretching to mitigate. Right hand numbness. Gear is working well. Other notes, I saw one other cyclist as I was descending Banducci.
