Clay's Cycling Canberra Project: Every Street 'n Every Suburb. - Curtin, ACT - #81 (of 122 suburbs). Completed on 20 Oct. 2024. [66.39%] No missed sections (within the area ridden). - The three areas from this ride that I didn't manage to complete (see NB 1 below) were eventually addressed on 20 October (see RR: 84). These were: 1) Propstick and Reynolds streets; 2) Ayers Street (plus the five places that run off it) and Waddell Street; and 3. Colebatch Place. All are in close proximity to the Curtin shops. - NB 1: This ride started off badly even before I got on to the bike, chiefly because I left my phone at home. It wouldn't normally have been a problem as I had my paper map to guide me. However I had organised to ring my daughter-in-law at 9am following the birth of our grandchild and I ran short of time (with only about 10 minutes of Curtin left to do). - NB 2: Of course the missing phone meant that I had no music to listen to (bummer) and couldn't take any photos (double-bummer).
