Lyme Regis DIY Audax

The outward route went quickly with just one serious climb over the Mendips and some lovely rolling terrain around Somerton. Out of Crewkerne the hills got longer and steeper and it was a grind to get to Lyme Regis but well worth it. On the return it was the lo same hills back to Crewkerne with the exception of a bridleway which I'd declined on the way down, had to employ my lowest gear for that. Things were flattish through Yeovil to Castle Cary but then the route between Evercreech and Keynsham was very challenging with around 180 KM in the legs, a lot of 'rollercoaster' hills including descending in and out of Radstock. All in all a very good ride which I'd be happy to do again
